LOW IMPACT AEROBICS

Great beginners class or for anyone wanting an exercise program with minimal stress to the joints.

This is NOT a cardio class. With the use of dumbbells this class is designed to tone and firm muscles. The more lean muscle mass you have the more calories you burn. Class size is limited.

CARDIO STRENGTH MIX

This class is a good balance of cardio and strength training. This hour long class will consist of thirty minutes of cardio workout and thirty minutes of strength training.
