You don’t need to know how to swim in this invigorating SilverSneakers exer-cise class, SilverSplash. A SilverSneakers kickboard is used for stability and balance in the water. If you have arthritis or other joint conditions you’ll find the water comforting and the non-impact workout stimulating. FREE to SilverSneakers® members.

SILVERSNEAKERS® Muscular Strength & Range of Movement

Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.

SILVERSNEAKERS® II Cardio Circuit Class

Combine fun and fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endur-ance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support, stretching and relaxation exercises.

SILVERSNEAKERS® YOGA STRETCH

SilverSneakers® offers a special yoga class in which you learn gentle, effec-tive stretching that can help maintain joint flexibility and prevent injury. Stretching can also help improve muscle tone and help you relax, both physi-cally and mentally.
